1. Introduction & General Overview

Welcome to One Click Japan. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our digital travel assistance services, including driver's license translations, theme café reservation assistance, and custom travel itineraries. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when placing an order or communicating with us. Any misuse of our services, including submitting forged documents or fraudulent information, is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate service termination without refund.

3. Service 1: Driver's License Translation

We provide official digital submission and processing services for foreign driver's license translations into Japanese.

Payment, Processing & Delivery

All translation orders must be paid in advance. We process submissions according to official Japanese requirements (such as JAF processing guidelines). Delays caused by official authorities, missing user information, or peak holiday periods are beyond our direct control.

Cancellations & Refunds for Translation Services

Due to the customized nature of document translations, refunds are generally not possible once official processing of your license document has commenced.

If an order is cancelled or a refund is requested before official processing has started, but after the user ignored explicit warnings in the order form, we reserve the right to retain an administrative fee of 10% of the total order value. This covers non-refundable payment processor charges (Stripe/PayPal) and administrative overhead. This applies specifically to:

Ineligible Documents: Orders submitted with expired, damaged, or unprocessable driver's licenses despite clear eligibility guidelines provided on our form.
Incorrect Service Selection (Full Refund): Orders where an unfeasible shipping or delivery option was chosen relative to the customer's travel date.
Delivery Method Adjustments (Partial Refund): Partial refunds resulting from switching delivery modes (e.g., changing from physical shipping to 7-Eleven printing). The 10% administrative fee will be calculated on the original order total and deducted from the refund.

Optional Travel Protection Add-on

Travel Protection is an optional €10 add-on for 7-Eleven print orders. It covers one (1) replacement Netprint code if your printed translation is lost, damaged, or forgotten during your trip. Coverage lasts for 30 days from your initial print or travel date. Re-issuance requires a new processing submission (taking 1–2 business days). Immediate weekend replacements cannot be guaranteed. Travel Protection is non-refundable once the original translation process has been initiated.

4. Service 2: Theme Café Reservations (Pokémon & Kirby Café)

We offer assistance services to help secure table reservations at high-demand venues such as the Pokémon Café or Kirby Café in Japan. We do not operate these venues.

Pricing Structure: The service is priced at €40 as a standalone service, or at a discounted rate of €35 if booked as an add-on alongside a driver's license translation.

Booking Success & 100% Refund Guarantee

Availability is controlled entirely by the respective café venues. If we are unable to secure any of your requested dates/time slots, you will receive a 100% full refund (€40 for standalone requests or €35 for add-on requests) with zero fees deducted.

Cancellation & Reservation Modification

Prior to Booking: You may cancel your request up to 48 hours before your specified dates if a slot has not yet been reserved. A 10% processing fee will be retained to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges (€4.00 for standalone bookings / €3.50 for add-on bookings).
Once Reserved: Once a reservation is confirmed with the café, our service is fulfilled and the service fee is strictly non-refundable.
Table Releases & Guest Rules: Customers must comply with all venue rules (e.g., minimum order per guest aged 6+). If you cannot attend, you may request table cancellation, but no refund will be issued. Partial seat cancellations for group bookings are not supported by venue systems.

5. Service 3: Custom Travel Itineraries

We provide custom travel planning services tailored to your personal travel dates, preferences, and interests across Japan.

Itineraries are provided for informational and planning purposes based on up-to-date local travel knowledge. We are not responsible for sudden third-party schedule changes, weather delays, or facility closures encountered during your trip.

6. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data, documents, and payment details submitted to One Click Japan are handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

One Click Japan is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or travel disruptions arising from the use or inability to use our services, including transit delays, venue rejections, or travel schedule changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Japanese courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
