How it works

We will check all 3 options equally and book whichever slot becomes available first. If none of the dates work out, we will contact you via email or immediately issue a full 100% refund.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your request up to 48 hours before your chosen date, as long as we haven't booked a table yet. If you cancel before a slot is secured, a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processor costs.

Once a booking has been confirmed with the Pokémon and/or Kirby Café, our service is complete and the fee is strictly non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, you can request that we release the table back to the café, but no refund will be issued. Please keep in mind that individual seats cannot be removed from group reservations. Additionally, once a booking is canceled and released, you cannot use it to enter the café, as the table will be given to other guests.
